My family and I came from Spain several years ago. My grandmother only speaks Spanish but my siblings and I have learned fluent English. My father is fluent in English as well. My mother on the other hand is still learning. My father has a really great job here. We recently bought us a house. We purchased Dish TV for our satellite entertainment. We were even able to purchase Dish Latino package programming. My mom and grandmother both say that it feels just like home with the movies. We are even able to watch Spanish news.
Even though I have chosen English as my main language, I will never forget my Spanish heritage. At the dinner table, we still speak in Spanish. There is no English allowed because not everyone in my family can understand it. I have decided that after I graduate high school, I am going to a college to become a Spanish teacher.
Just about everyone likes to look nice. Fashion for women is just another way to make this happen. To look nice, one must first start with their attitude. If you feel good about yourself, then you are going to take better care of yourself and this will project out to others watching you. Next, choose an outfit that is versatile. Those little black dresses are not just for intimate dinner dates anymore. There are one hundred and one uses for a little black dress, and that’s just for the summer months. Be creative, and think outside of the box. If you only think inside of the box, then you are going to look like millions of other women out there. You want to stand out with confidence, and be the trendsetter rather than the one who follows trends set by others. Fashion is more than just clothing, it is a statement about who you are.
Spartacus season 2 is the sequel to Spartacus season 1. For those who watched this interesting series, be warned that Spartacus season 2 continues in the same way in its shocking sexual explicit scenes, bloody gladiator battles, greed and a lot deceit. Spartacus who is seeking vengeance on his wife’s killer finds himself more burdened by the responsibility of setting up an army and freeing salves to overcome the Roman Empire.
What is interesting in season 2 is the survival of Lucretia, who surprisingly remains seductive yet full of spite in her. One could expect a changed person from her, but she still remains the same Lucretia we know. The series is full of violence, theft and rampant raping of women and children killings.
A sad element is the omission of Andy Whitefield the lead actor as Spartacus due to terminal illness and who later passed away late this year at the age of 39 years. His impact will be greatly missed but spartacus season 2 is definitely a series not to be missed.
