My friend Leroy recently finished his degree in Biology and he says that one of the first things that he wants to do when he gets a job is to join the team of researchers that are trying to find the true cure for herpes. I told him that this is a really noble quest because I know that this kind of a job takes a long time and sometimes there are very meager rewards because plenty of studies and experiments can often end up in a dead end.
But I think Leroy is quite determined to find a team that he can join to fight herpes. I think this is because his younger brother Jonathan has this problem. He was infected with herpes two years ago and things have been very bad for him. I can appreciate why Leroy would be so passionate about this topic.
