Get Healthy Fast

Everyone knows that eating right and exercise is the best way to keep your body healthy. We read this everywhere and see it on TV all the time. So, the question is, why isn’t everyone getting on the healthy eating bandwagon?

There are two answers. The first answer is laziness. The second answer is time. But these aren’t just answers, they are serious problems. If you are lazy or you have no time, would you start eating better and exercising if there was a solution that didn’t require you to be on some restrictive diet or being embarrassed by going to the gym?

Solution 1. When eating right, you want to choose healthy foods. And better yet, have easy recipes that were quick to make. Well, there is, and you can make these many of these paleo recipes in no time flat.

Solution 2. This is where most people have the problem. They are generally to embarrassed to go to a gym, have no time, or simply to lazy to actually exercise. There is one exercise that simply throws all these reasons out the window (well, maybe not the “lazy” part, if you are really really lazy). Try this:

the squat thrust.

  • stand with feet a little more than shoulderwidth apart,
  • squat down and put your hands on the floor inside your feet,
  • throw your feet out into a pushup position,
  • bring your feet back to your hands,
  • stand up.

That’s it. You can do them during commerical breaks while watching TV, and they take no special equipment.

So, you now have recipes for quick, good healthy food to eat and only 1 exercise that you can do whenever (daily is ideal). So, what’s your excuse again for not getting healthy?
